I spent a year as a legal PA in commercial litigation, studying my MA law conversion at the same time and trying to get experience that would eventually lead to a training contract.

It didn't come easily. I have a psychology degree from the University of Manchester - which had nothing to do with law and everything to do with how I think. Alongside the PA work, I also spent time as a legal speaking coach, helping lawyers at leading firms communicate more clearly and confidently.

Eventually I found a paralegal role in commercial litigation that comes with QWE, and switched focus to the SQE as a more realistic route to qualification.

When I started looking seriously at the SQE, I couldn't get straight answers to basic questions. Which provider actually produces the best pass rates? Reddit had useful threads but they were buried and six months out of date.

So I built what I needed.
