Who We Are

The Qualified Path is an independently run educational resource for aspiring solicitors preparing for the SQE. It was built by an SQE student who needed honest, unbiased information and couldn't find it elsewhere.

No Provider Endorsements

We have no commercial relationships with any SQE course provider. No provider has paid to appear in our comparisons, paid for a positive review, or received any preferential editorial treatment. Our pass rate data, cost comparisons and editorial opinions are based entirely on publicly available SRA data and independent research.

That independence matters. If a provider is overpriced, produces poor results or overstates its pass rate, we say so. If a cheaper or less well-known option is genuinely better value, we say that too. No one pays us to change that.

Sponsored Content and Affiliates

We do accept sponsorships and affiliate arrangements, but only from resources we genuinely rate. We would never promote something we did not believe in. If we would not recommend it to a friend preparing for the SQE, it does not appear here.

Sponsored placements are clearly labelled Sponsored. Affiliate links are labelled with an (affiliate) tag or an explicit disclosure note nearby. The editorial content around them is written independently and is not influenced by the commercial relationship.

How We Make Money

The Qualified Path is funded through:

  • TQP Standard and Premium subscriptions (revision timetable and study tools)
  • 1:1 SQE coaching sessions
  • Sponsored placements from resources we genuinely recommend
  • Affiliate commissions from some study material links
  • Display advertising

None of our revenue comes from SQE course providers. Our provider rankings and reviews are not for sale.
