Who We Are

The Qualified Path is an independently run educational resource for aspiring solicitors preparing for the SQE. It was built by an SQE student who needed honest, unbiased information and couldn't find it elsewhere.

Editorial Independence

We are not affiliated with any SQE course provider. We do not sell courses. No provider has paid to appear higher in our comparisons or received preferential editorial treatment.

Our pass rate data, cost comparisons, and editorial opinions are based entirely on publicly available SRA data and independent research.

How We Make Money

The Qualified Path is funded through:

• Display advertising (Google AdSense)
• TQP Premium subscriptions (£10/month — timetable and study tools)
• 1:1 SQE coaching sessions
• Affiliate commissions from some study material links (see below)

None of our revenue comes from SQE course providers. Our provider rankings and reviews are not for sale.

Affiliate links are always clearly labelled with an (affiliate) tag next to the link, or with an explicit disclosure note nearby. We only recommend resources we would include regardless of whether an affiliate programme exists. Our editorial view is not affected by affiliate relationships.
